Strutting in a summer dress is the most feminine and ethereal vision. One thing I love about summers is getting to wear feminine silhouettes (you know I am all about them!) and something I really miss in winters. But thanks to layering, now there is no need to fold and keep all your summer dresses in beds or trunks or wherever is that you store your clothes!
Fashion scene has been so experimental lately, that you can actually wear each and every piece of outfit even in peak winters. I always keep some basic summer dresses and skirts out, just to break the monotony of wearing jackets and jeans. I love looks which allow me to play and have fun with.
So yes, here in this look I am playing with my striped shift dress with the summer hues of white and blue. This is totally a summer dress given the fabric and colors it has. I wore it with a black turtle neck sweater underneath and knee length faux suede boots. Of course not to miss my favorite chain strap bag for accessorizing.
This look is warm and at the same time it gives you hint of summer with that dress. Have a look!
Style tip: Always keep basic color turtle neck sweaters in your wardrobe like black, blue, brown or even white. They are excellent when it comes to layering a dress or any outfit!
